Wiring question

When trying to connect the new head unit wiring harness (panasonic cqhx2083) to the metra harness (70-8590), I'm getting two wires on the metra left over. The orange, which the package says is for illumination, and the blueish-grey wire which is labeled for the power antenna. Since I don't have a power antenna, do I just leave it unconnected? Same for the orange? I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

Illumination is to dim the lights on ur deck when you turn your headlights on. This helps your eyes adjust to night and prevents glare from messin with ya. When i installed radios in my previous 3 cars, i always had both those wires connected to the deck... I have never done a BMW install though.
