Wiring loom on a E46

I’m looming at replacing the standard BMW Business CD player with a Sony Head Unit. I have a replacement BMW to ISO lead and a ISO to Sony HU lead and it all fits together very nicely, only problem is that the space for HU in the dash is very small and I cant squeeze all the wireless and connectors of the two looms plus the HU in there.

Does anyone do a connector that will connect a Sony head unit directly to the BMW style loom?

Has anyone else changed their BMW head Unit for a Sony? If so how did you get on? Please let me know.

They are all kinda cramped man. You have to cut the wires off all real short to cut down on the size of the harness assembly, try to get the wires tucked back as far as possible. Then I had to push like hell untill the head unit caught in the sleeve (probably not the best idea, but it worked!)
