What amp?

I'm throwing away my Alpine MRV F400 V12 amp as it keeps whistling and i've grown too tired of resoldering the the darn yellowing joints again and again.

I need a good 4 channel amp

is this any good?

Kenwood makes good stuff, not quite as good as your Alpine, will be slightly quieter. Have you looked at the lower end Alpines? I like them more than the low end Kenwoods.

oh shoot grew too impatient and bought the thing!
it is rated 50w x 4 as opposed to 40

lol, it'll work fine, just not quite as much power as your Alpine. They do sound good with very little background noise.
