Stellar Pain

I just wanted to say my stellar is not going in as easy as it should. I would like to take this opertunity to blame the previous onwer for taping nearly every wire in the car at some point.

Tomorrow I spent more time looking for the siren hookup this time I may get the tools out and see what else i can find.

that sucks man. The best thing about stellar is the ease of installation. Lets find the PO and send him dog feces.

I'm thinking I'm gonna gather crap from all of the barn yard animals i can find and maybe take a dump of my own in a bag and send it all to the PO.

I got another idea of where to check for the siren plug.

Right now I got no LED or Siren plug so I have no real feed back from the alarm.

I also cannot find the hood switch plug/wire. whats the wire color(s) for that plug? I may have found it on the drivers side...

I also cut some RCA plugs and extra speaker cable out from the previous owners mega system installation. Which I'm sure will never be completely rem
oved.

loose plug on the driver side is probably for the hood light.

damn. well no hood protection for me then. I spent like 10 min looking for the damn plug that wasnt there for the hood switch under the passenger side.

I found the siren plug.

I got the alarm working, mostly.

It arms. It locks. It unlocks. It unarms.

It doesnt roll windows up as advertised.

If I want it to flash the parking lights I will have to do more wire taping. Again no biggy.

I found the hood switch had been spliced to another wire all together a ugly speaker wire which I lost track of and never trid to find where it termintated in the cabin although I may have an idea (if im right it still might not work because who knows what else he did to it)

I must mount the siren still, gonna get the hardware for that tomorrow. Also gonna get and mount the 5 V LED tomorrow.

I dunno I may have gotten the remote start one by mistake.

LED and siren installed.

Parking lights don't blink. dunno why. don't care. the alarm and keyless work.
