Stellar Alarm Systems

i know some of you all have these stellar alarms and keyless entry systems from BavAuto

i know im going to get the keyless, i just dont know if it worth $100 for the alarm
im not gonna put down the extra money for the sensors and all that crap, b/c that requires wiring! my car needs the protection, but my question is...
what exactly will set off the basic stellar alarm? (opening the door handle, pressing a button the remote, rocking of the car, what?)

oh yeah, and do i need to hook up a horn or anything? b/c i remember seeing a horn in the picture of the product, but they use the same pic for all the alarms basically

alarms do very little...I say by the keyless module and then rig an LED setup like I have. Illusion of an alarm without the cost.

ill definately have to consider that, but it will have to be a red light that is so ridiculously bright that it hurts people eyes...

what i really want the alarm for is the cool sound that it makes when you arm it.. like maybe a beeping sound or something.. but i suppose the stellar alarm doesnt have it?

nope, but it does flash the parking lights, and you can hear the double-locking quite far away.

Also, the light detailed in my DIY is rated in CDs. Most LEDs are rated in MCDs. Its the equivelent of an HID light to a parking light .
