Speakers..... Need New Ones Quick Help Req'

I want to replace my speakers in my car this week - i've got friday off work to try and get them fitted, could anyone tell me what sizes the rear deck speakers on a E36 Coupe are? also do you need tweeters in the back?

i've chosen some speakers for the front of the car

they are high grade separates, PIONEER TS-H1303 custom fit ones.
