Speakers for a 96 328ic / Install

Can anyone recommend some speakers for my 96 328ic? Also, is instillation difficult?

installation is a breeze. However, I need to know your budget and what level of performance you want before I can reccomend speakers.

My usual reccomendation is infinity (you will need the 5.25 for the kick panel, 3.5 for the door, and 4 for the rear). Sound great, esspecially the highs, but lack defined bass. Best if coupled with a sub. The coaxial style run between 55-100 depending on size. The components will run you around 200 per set.

I was trying to keep it below $200 for sure. I am not so concerned about having a bass heavy system. I just want my music to sound good.

I've got 6.5s in the back but thats cause the Previous Owner had done some cutting on the back deck to allow sometihng bigger to fit.

It will sound better with a sub to pick up the low end. a single smallish sub should do the job your lookin for.
