My rear head rests vibrate annoyingly with the bass beat of any music I'm playing. How do these things come off? I'd like to take them off and see if I can tighten them or maybe add some padding. The noise seems to come from inside the head rests where the 2 support rods go up and attach. You can wiggle the headrests back and forth easily with your hand and make the same noise.

Oh. This is a 2000 M5 and the rear seats do not fold down.
