NESS is an unknown quantity at this point
Hey guys I just bought my BMW and the guy put this big ass ugly grey XM antenna on the back window. How do I go about removing it?

lol that must be the though the window/glass mount style. I agree with you those are sooooo ugly. They are held on with a double sided tape. Carefully pull it off at sort of an angle (you wont get it off pulling straight up on it), I have used a blade-type scraper/putty knife/etc. to lightly pry up on it as I pull. The receiver on the inside is held on the same way. Hope this helps....

Be warned that if you go for a roof style mounted anetenna. All so ugly, but what the hey. It will scratch the hell out of the top of the car and some of those antennas will rust. I put a piece of saran wrape under the thing, and that stops the rust but be extremely careful sliding it around!!!
