Diwa is an unknown quantity at this point
Just discovered this awesome site. I would appreciate any help/advice on installing the factory stereo in my 1990 325-i. I had replaced it with a Sony Minidisc Player some four years back (prefessionally)- the minidisc player doesn't work anymore and I want to put the factory stereo back- I have all the parts. I went to Circuit City and they guy wanted $70+parts- I think I have all the parts- is this something I should even consider?

What parts are you talking about? I don't think you should need anything.

Are you talking about installation labor? Don't have someone do it for you, installing it is realllly easy

Usually the store that does the origional install will remove it and drop your oem deck in for at least half the origional labor or better. But you could do it yourself quite easily. Wait, that is exactly what they just said...damnit
