Radio Problems On 5series Model 2004

this problems is already more than 1 year dealer is telling this is normal

RADIO = BMW Business model When you CD or radio With loud music and some basses the sound is getting very unclear

is used to have 3 series model 2004 and didn't have any problems With radio /cd a very good radio

Does anyone has problems or seems familiar ?

sounds a lot like your speakers are blown, go buy a good set of aftermarket speakers that way the dealer doesn't make you pay out your ass for ones half as good.
