Fuelish528i is an unknown quantity at this point
In my 1998 528i, I have some of the pixels out. Can this be fixed? If not how much is a radio for this? I do not have premium sound....

Yes, you can. As the e39 cars are almost impossible to change out the oem HU, your probably best off just to filx that one, or replace with the same.
