For around 100, theres not a bunch out there. JVC makes one that is ok. The nice thing about JVC (well when I sold them), is they are reliable. They usually dont break. They dont have as many features as some, but they are reliable. Pioneer's are just ok too, until you get in the 150+ range. Never really been a Sony fan since I got my Premier (Pioneer's Pro series). They just dont match ANY cars interior anymore. Good luck with your purchase, and sorry to hear about your car...

samsonsbeam is hated around these parts
I have 2

I have 2 really good cd players and a dvd player for bmw fitments. One is a sony explode and the other I can't remeber but it was like 400 bucks brand new. I replaced the sony because I bought an in dash flip up monitor so I didn't need it, the expensive one came out of my totaled 325i. For pix email me back if you're interested, they both work fine and the sony has a remote. Id sell either one for a hundred bucks or so, lemme know.

Mig, try a pawn shop or something. There can be some super nice head units in them(jsut as long as you don't mind it being hot)
