Mp3 Problem...

Hi all,

I just bought the new Pioneer AVH-P5700 and it's awesome but one main thing I was looking for... reading Mp3's on a DVD. I read the manual and it says it only reads CD's with Mp3's... bummer. So, is it possible if I get a DVD Changer with Mp3 playback on it from a DVD, will the Pioneer reciever hold playback of playing Mp3's off of a DVD? Does the DVD changer take care of all that?

If they make such a piece, then the CD/DVD changer would take care of it. I dont think Pioneer makes one of those yet. I dont think they've even done an MP3 cd changer yet.

I found this at www.pioneerelectronics.com:

" Presenting a 6-disc changer unlike any other: the XDV-P90. In addition to playing standard audio CD/CD-Rs, it can handle DVD Video and Video CDs. "

It does not state DVD audio in that statement.

I also found this at www.ulead.com:

" Got a new Audio-DVD player in your home or car? Ulead Burn.Now software will let you put hundreds of CD-quality songs on one Audio-DVD disc. "

Is it a possiblity you are not configuring your "burning" software to achieve the proper playback methods?
