Keyless Entry/alarm

So can I get some recommendations from the gallery on what systems to look at? I'm preferring the sub $200 range if possible.

I'm thinking of just installing the Factory BMW alarm/keyless entry system. Seems like there is less for me to do, just basicly plug it in.

I was quoted $200 for a boxed BMW keyless/alarm system. the prices on bavauto weren't that appealing.

The alarm offered by Bavauto.com is manufactured by Stellar Alarms which intern is owned by Autoloc. This is a good althernative because it can be installed in minutes and plugs into thee alarm port behind the glove box. I also found another plug-in option at:

www.bmwalarms.com

They are in New York and are extremely helpful. I recenlty purchased one and will give you review in a few days.

I seemed to have lost my remote key for my 2001 M5 and only have 1 left. Where would you suggest that I go to get a replacement remote key which would not disarm the alarm, but can be cut to start the engine besides the dealership? They are quoting about $200 for a replacement key...
