Ipod's

I've got myself a PIONEER AVIC-X1 DVD/NAVIGATION SYSTEM, firstly what do you guys think to this piece of kit?

also im wanting to have loads of tunes available in my car without having the need for an auto-changer and loads of cd's - so thought of an ipod, - but where can i put the ipod in the bmw e36 coupe?

Nice choice on radio selection. You'll be happy with that piece. I believe that radio is mp3 ready, you should be able to burn your music on a disc in mp3 and get 100 songs or so on each disc. An Ipod will mount just about anywhere, they are small. There is an adapter you will have to get from Pioneer to make the Ipod work with your radio/

I actually have the stock Business radio cassette with e cd changer, and still have one of those cassette adaptors from the old days of using a walkman in a car. Cheap, cheerful and sounds just as good.

I have a pic of an ipod install in a e46 sedan. I know its not the same car but its really cool.
