installing car audio in 87 325i help

alright so i finished gutting the interior, and wired my amps, so so far so good

my question is, how do i remove the rear speaker covers and speakers, and how do i go about wiring the stereo, i'm running my speakers from my amp, so i just need to know what wire is pwr, what wire is ground and, const power for this car

anyhelp would be apprectiated

For your stereo, all you need to do is hook up the ignition power wire, the continous power wire, ground, and the remote wire from your amp.

i know that but what i need to know is what color is what wire, because when the stock stereo wasn't there and the wires were already disconected
