M3E36UK is an unknown quantity at this point
First of all... sorry if this question has been asked before.... am new to the BMW world and just brought myself an E36 M3 to play with :-)

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on running the cabling from the head unit back to the boot (trunk for the americans amongst us). Its a standard RHD E36 M3 coupe (not Evo) and I intend to mount 2 amps on the topside of the boot.

As a secondary question: Has anyone tried the Autoleads 6 x 9 converter plate for the read shelf? I want to put a set of Alpine SPR-694A's in the back but was unsure if the rear shelf will impede the speaker movement? Likewise, with the front kick plates. Has anyone fitted Alpine SPR-136A components in the kick-plates and doors. I am a bit worried the speakers will be too deep and catch the kick plate cover?

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Ta

the interior sills of the door is a good way to to run wires. then under the back seat and into the trunk.

As for the speakers, the interior sizes are 5.25 up front and 4 in the rear. You chould have plently of room if they are those sizes.
