Hmm...How do I get the back speakers out...do that drop out of the plastic piece that is around it..?....I cant figure out how to get em loose..also were can I get the same speakers to replace them....they are factory...

I just did this the other day on my 97 328iS. Pop off the grill, there are three screws holding the speaker pod in place. When thos are out, the pod should swing out. After that, there are 4 bolts holding the pod together. It tok all of about 5 minutes to ge the assembly out of the car and into seperate peices. It will help if you have a real short stubby philips screw driver though.

I don't like rear speaker, so Im going to say cheap coax. I had great luck with Blaupunkt PCxts when I first got my car. They'll run you about $35.
