help with radio

hey, i have a 1991 e30

i just bought it & it had been parked for 2 yrs with the battery disconnected

Hence the reason for the radio to ask for the CODE.

I fo have the code for the radio, but i have absolutely no idea how to enter the code...



pls help asap

the code is "7628" but the manual says that i should use the digit 1 (thousand) and 4 (units) to enter the code & if the correct key is digit is entered it will add 1 to the digit!

can someone tell me how & what to enter ???

If I remember right, the S/R button is actually the "enter" key
