Head Unit Reccomendations

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a head unit for my 1993 e34. The sound system is otherwise stock, but i'm looking for an improvement. I have 200 to spend and important features to me include:

MP3 playback (CD)
Satilite Radio Readiness
Appearance (darker in color, doesnt stick out on my dash)
DSP or EQ Presets
Overall Sound Quality

Some optional features that I would like include:
Tilt Display
ID3 Tag Readout ( shows track name - Title)
Hard drive compatibility

Some things I wouldnt like would be:
Front slot loading CD input (The slot in the front of the faceplate; i'd want the slot behind the faceplate)
Cd changer Required

I've been looking at several brands, and am slightly leaning towards the Pioneer units. Does anyone have any reccomendations of head units? Anyone have any personal experience with any particular brand. I'm beginning the setup of my sound system and would like a head unit that will last for the rest of my investment. Thanks in advance!

check out eBay... they are usually $100-200 less than reatail... i bought mine there

id highly recommend Alpine, i bought mine last saturday, and the sound is incredible

they have a few different models for under 200, but i found that the $260 one was the best value

they have them at circuit city and tweeter if you want to try them out yourself
