Is This A Good Deal?

my friend is selling me audio stuff for my car, and i wanted to know your guys input on the quality of these products and if its a good deal.

im getting....

2-5.25 infinity 5000cs speakers
2-6.5 infinity 6000cs speakers
1 infinity perfect kappa 12.1 subwoofer
1-rockford 801x 4 channel amp 2400 watts

all that for 715$

is that a good deal? any comments appreciated!

im not hugly into audio anymore but that doesnt sound to bad at all... id say go for it!

mind you all of this is brand new in their boxes. but he lives in Utah, and i live in san jose CA....so shipping i believe is gunna be like 100...so do you think its still worth it?
