On the e36 325i, how do I take the panels off to access my front speakers in the kick panel?

Kevin

P.S. This one is sort of an audio question, if the deck in my car has an amplifier built into it, would the previous owner have run everything back to the stock amp? Hope that made sence....

The kick panels are removed my rotating the round screw 90 degrees, then pushing forward and out.
