can anyone answer this simple question, the motor on my sunroof appears to have burned out. If it has failed, would that prevent me from being able to open it manually. The reason I'm asking is this, when I put BMW's sunroof tool into the aperture provided in the motor it will not turn it. This suggests that something in the motor has become stuck.
