how hard would it be to do this to move the OBC to the radio spot and have a in dash dvd player at the bottom? i photoshopped this i was wondering if its even possibal

lengthening wires/plugs etc. will be one issue, but I am thinking the actual space behind the dash will be more of an issue. I'm not saying it can't be done, but it seems like a very time consuming project.

time consuming yes, but hardly worth it anyway... the view would be obstructed by the shifter. If you want that get a flip screen like the pioneer avic N 1. its like $1000 with all the things you would want in a screen andwill be a tad easier to install...

it would be a tough project but im possitive it can be done... i have the pioneer AVH-P5700DVD and love every minute of it, so i recommend that, but i would go and check out all the ones at a car audio place before you take any words from me...

I agree, look into the AVIC-1 or -2 from Pioneer. They have way more features than you could get out of a $200 7" screen, plus its all in one, and it'll drop right into your dash.
