Crazy4Bimmer is on a distinguished road
CD player not working playing- 1999 BMW 323iS (E36)

factory or stock cd changer installed in the trunk, Cd player playing cd's but for few seconds after that it's dying. means it's start playing the song but after few seconds its stopped playing i.e. no sound.
Bought the cd lens cleaner, used it but no success, the cd player still behaving like it was
Please help me out here what's happening with the cd player.

That's odd. Most of the time the CD changers outlast the cars. It sounds like the changer is in need of repair. You'll need to find you a repair shop that does car audio repairs. There should only be one plug at the changer, and a couple bolts holding it in place. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but hope that helps...
