Hello, I drive a 316i compact sport which is basic compaired to some bmws but i love it. My mates vw passat c/locking key works ok with key but not the remote, p.s. I know its not a bmw but please help. thanks pete.
the batteries may need replacing or the remote may need to be reprogrammed. Has the remote ever worked with his car? If not it may be the wrong one for his car. Good luck...
