Hi all, very long time no write

but trying to become a bit more active again.

Just connected my new capacitor to my Blaupunkt system, 900wrms velocity amp and 2250w 12" sub.

And I just wanted to give a tip to everyone out there who doesn't allready know it...IT ROCKS! The capacitory really gives a great extra punch to the bass and makes it both cleaner and stronger, AND it's kinder too your battery!

Allthough i gotta change to a 2F from my 1F (1F per 1000w is a good rule of thumb) since its still not enough power for the amp and my lights still flicker when i try to satisfy myself with some really heavy bass.

Yuppers the 1F = 1000W is a good rule of thumb to go by. You also need the proper size wiring and make sure all your power connections are tight. Good luck with your install...
