| Hey all... I need your input. I got a 1990 BMW 535i (E34), and have a dead BMW casssette player. What my problem is should I have the...
1. Cassette player replaced (who ever use 'em anyway)? Or put in a BMW Business CD Radio/RDS system (if I can verify to get it working in the E34 along with detecting NA radio stations for those units from Europe).
3. Or put some real ugly looking (no offense, because no matter what you find, it'll standout in the whole 'stock BMW feel') Pioneer, JVC, Clarion, etc CD-player head unit?
4. Or even put in a TFT/DVD player in it, but again I think that's pushing it, but will consider if it closes and looks decent enough in the dash. I do feel the angle of the head unit insert is too awkward for the rest of the passengers to look at and also feel that's pushing it for a 'stock' BMW look and feel which I want to keep. Well, it IS an 'Ultimate Driving Machine' not a movie theatre on wheels!
So, guys, please help me out! Tell me your experinces and suggestions. |
