Amp Install And Amp Suggestions

So i got some boston acoustic s55 and s953 in my car with an apline 9847 hu and no sub but im going to get an orion 4004 amp for the 4 speakers i have in my car. this is going to be my first amp install ever, not really knowing what im doing other than some common sense and a general idea. whould you recommend me getting a amp install kit and if so what kind would be best for me or what should i be looking for and if you have any other words of wisdom for a newbie doing this install that would be greatly appreciated.... Thanks

i was thinking of getting a Orion 4004 amp....any other suggestions that are under 300?

Hi, I recently installed an amp for a pair of 10" subs, and I am about to install a 4-channel amp, as well. I would recomend a wiring kit. I used one for my sub amp and it was great. Try Street Wires: http://www.cardomain.com/item/STRPS04RSI. You'll probably need around a 4-gauge kit, but don't take my word for it. Good luck!

I borrowed one of these amps while my Xtant was getting fixed. It does a pretty good job and retails for 230.00. That means you can probably get one for 170-200 if you know where to look...
