I just bought the following from Crutchfield...anyone have any experiences w/ the equipment (e.g. will it work? installation tips - I'm prewired and plan to run it off my factory deck that has integrated CD controls)

Alpine CHM-S630 6 disc CD Changer
Blitzsafe BMW/ALP DMXV.1 96-up BMW (Adaptor)

Thanks for any insights you may have.

I am familiar with both products, and they are both made by reputable manufacturers. Should work fine. Let us know how it turns out.

Just installed this and it works great. Would recommend to anyone.

Total cost from Crutchfield was $289. But you could do better on eBay.
