Adding Satellite Radio & Cell / 2004 5251

Does anyone have info for putting in an aftermarket cell phone to get the voice commands to work without having to pay the $1,000 to add a phone through BMW?

Also, my radio did not come with Satellite Radio. To add it through BMW to work with iDrive, it's an additional $750 just to add satellite (sirrus).

This is a brand new 2004 525i.
