i want to swap out the standard tape\cassette for a sat nav dvd system for my car can anyone help

You may be better going aftermarket. I think you have to have the CD changer, Nav unit, both antennas (and I cant remember if they are in the glass or separate unit on the roof). A decent aftermarket all in one should run about a grand or so. I havent priced the bimmer ones.
