about a month back i opted to replace all of my interrior speakers rather than do component sets. I really like the soundstage in the car and thought that i would benefit having better sound with factory clean lines. I installed 5.25'' JL Audio speakers in the front kick panels, .75'' JL Audio tweeters in the factory door tweeter position, and modified the rear deck location to hold 6.5'' JL Audio speakers.

The place i got the speakers told me that there is no JL Audio 3'' speaker for the door midrange location. What size speaker should i put in that location?

I found a 3.5'' Boston Acustics speaker... will it fit?? will it sound ok with the rest of my JL system?!

suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated..

i duno about fitting but sound will be fine as long as they're rated to the same rms and peaker power then you should be fine as far as sound quality goes. and just pull the old ones out and ask the guy if you can see if one will fit in it, and he'll prolly come out with you so you dont steal it and then if it fits buy it if it doesn't get a smaller speaker.
