1999 328i Electronics Help

I am very excited, I now own my very own BMW! I just purchased a 1999 BMW 328I (35,500 mi.). I have two questions:

1. My car is pre-wired to use the cell phone feature in the car, but my owners manual does not explain how to make this feature work. Can anyone help me?

2. The car is also pre-wired for a CD changer. Where is the best place to purchase a BMW specific CD changer with the installation kit? I looked inside the trunk and I do not have the liner with the compartment already made for the CD changer.

either go to a bmw dealer which is sure expensive or try to find one @ ebay.
