I'm looking at
these to get rid of the amber turn signals on my 540i. My question is, why are all these replacement lenses that foggy white? Why can't they actually be CLEAR, like on the newest 3-series (see
this thread for an example pic)? If there were actual clear (not whitish) corners for the E39, I would buy them in a second. I don't know who the heck makes all these aftermarket parts, but if anyone's out there who might know who to talk to, are you listening? I think that would make the car look incredibly slick. Does anyone know how to make this happen?
