BimmerE36 is an unknown quantity at this point
First I would like to say hello to everyone, Ive browsed the board before but i recently just registered. As the title states, Im looking to buy an E36 this summer. Currently i drive a 96 Mazda MX6 LS, if you dont know its a 6-cylinder sports coupe.
Well Ive been browsing the forums for a while and figured to post a few questions that will help me with my upcoming purchase this summer. I love the style of the E36 so im looking to buy preferibely a 328is if i am lucky enough to find one in my price range, if not i will easily settle for a 325is. First off, what year should i be looking at? Which years had the least recalls? Also, which years are easier to mod, i remember reading that different emission sensors (OB2 or OB3?) have different restrictions making some models more responsive to mods.
Any advice and/or help will be appreciated, thanks in advance and i will be looking forward to posting here more.

Drew
