amelser Neutral Member Join Date: Feb 2004 Car: Posts: 1 Photos: 0	I have a 2001 740i with Sports package. The black trim around the exterior mirror on the drivers side needs to be replaced. I purchased the replacement part and noticed that it needs to be secured to the main housing by removing the mirror and lens, monting the replacement piece with screws and then replacing the mirror and lens. How do I remove the mirror to get access to mount the replacement part? Thank you Allen
