Looking to buy '94 740?

What should I look for with on a 1994 740? It has 123k and seems to not have the nikasil problem but the question is what else on these 7's were problems? Was there any problems? It seems to be rock solid. Thanks for everything! I have always dreamed of owning a 7 and hope to just don't wanna get a bad one.

crewdog_843 is an unknown quantity at this point
Are you still looking at the '94, or have you decided to get another car. Depends on how much you want to spend....you can get a halfway decent e38 for aroun $12K. Nice thing about the e38's....they're easy to work on, if you know what you're looking at (what the problem is).

Nothing Wrong With the E32

I have a 94 740i (short wheel base) and I love it! It has 158.xxx and runs like a champ! I have installed some performance goodies on it and Dyno'd @ 301 bhp! if the one your looking at is the right price get it!
