choice in spark plugs for 95 740i e38

1995 740i e38

I have had bosch platinum +4 spark plugs for a while and have seen nothing but trouble with them. In a period of 3 months 5 of them have fouled and 1 has melted. If anyone could suggest a spark plug that would be reliable as well as cost effective for performance, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have researched the following options, but would appreciate some oppinions if possible plz.

NGK Spark Plug - NGK BKR 6 EK 2 prong

Bosch Spark Plug - Bosch F 7 LDCR 2 prong

I was also looking at Accel performance plugs(1 prong), but am not familiar with their reliability or if they actually make a big difference as far as combustion.

Any oppinions would be greatly appreciated THX.

EXtech is an unknown quantity at this point
Platinum 4's aren't recommended for your car. However, I wonder why you are fouling 5 and melting 1. Sounds like a problem.

go with the Bosch Spark Plug - Bosch F 7 LDCR 2 prong

These are the factory recommended plug and should work great.
