hugo valtierra is on a distinguished road
98 BMW 740il

hey guys can i get some suggestions: car doesn't idle when parked over 6hours and fuel is very rich, i always need to hold the gas down for bout a min. or so, i changed front O2 sensors and idle control valve and it still does it....

Sounds like the fuel is leaking down into the intake when the car is sitting.... then it takes awhile ti burn off the extra fuel... check that the fuel pressure isn't dropping when it is parked....

Where are you located? If you are in the US...go to any Autozone and get your codes read, (see if there are any stored codes) then come back and tell us what they are. Maybe then we can help you.
