740il e32 window issues

I have a e32 740il. I cannot get the windows or sunroof to work. I have checked the fuses both under the hood and under the back seat. All check good. I am recieving 12 volts at the switches. I am a little confused. Could it be a ground issue? Any help would be appreciated.

did you try te circuit breaker? what year is it?

Where is the circuit breaker? I fround two fuses both good. Thanks.

fusible link under rear seat at battery OK?

It was a relay module under the back seat. I replaced it and all the windows work fine. Still having problems with the heater blower though so any help there would be appreciated.
