symptoms; was running in the driveway, sputtered and stalled.
Not starting, only cranking
What is the correct answer? the ECM? ECM relay? Fuel Pump relay? Fuel pump?
Checked the fuses, Fuses 11,12,15,18 got no voltage. Checked OHMS on crankshaft sensor, seems fine, according to the forums 520 ohms.....
gonna re check the fuse and replace the relay.. found it-I think, unless the car was made on Tuesday, in which case, the fuse for the fuel pump is labeled windshield wiper........... F-ing piece of $hit car.....................
AND i QUOTE from the directly from the e-36 bently manual ......................
"fuse designations and locations vary from car to car, please consult your local BMW dealer for the most up to date information"
WHAT THE F***!!!!!!
Just tell me where the f***ing fuse is already~ , not 15 pages of "guesses"
gonna check the startability with starting fluid.
gonna check the coil/spark and then the fuel pump.
Nothing that a shotgun blast to the windshield won't cure, but it will do nothing for my resale value!
