SOOO I needs to pass the Evil of the Cali Smog.... I think my Cat is Shot And i know my Rear Muffler(pic shows this....) is SHOT.... O2 sensor seems fine..... and I AM on a budget..... I was thinking a Magnaflow Cat and muffler....
I think you're on the right track with the MagnaFlow brand specially being on a budget.
I did some research a while back while trying to replaced my cat's on my 8. People recommended me to use that brand since they were happy with the results. I did not installed it on my car but I wish I had. I bought the DEC brand instead.
