LOS 4th Gear Member Join Date: Apr 2004 Location: L.A Calif. Car: 97 540IA, 95 840CI Posts: 807 Photos: 1	If the engine is an M62 (4.4L) it should. Your car has the the M60 engine (4.0L).... The M62 is also on the 96 & 97 840ci! LOS
