Hey all, I have an 02' 745LI. I noticed that when I put the car in drive from the park position, the car stutters into gear. It is a very shallow and slight stutter, but when you pay $55K for a car, no stutter is the only acceptable option. When I brought it to the dealer, they said they checked it out and found nothing wrong, but as soon as I get home- STUTTER! Anyone have any insight on what's this about? Could the dealer be intentonally avoiding a very costly repair that they are aware of? Help!

could be lack of knowledege from the dealer but it sounds like a programming issue.
most of the problems with the 2002 745s are programming issues.
Ask the dealer to run a measures plan on it and see if any control modules need reprogrammed
