I currently own a e36 and was considering buying an 8 series(90's model), I really like the way they look but don't know alot about them...I assume being a v12 parts and maintenace are considerably high, are the cars reliable, am I right about the maintenance? Thanks for any help!

I think it is the earlier 12s with more problems. but if you can aford it do it. then come by my place and we can go for a ride. I've always wanted to ride/drive in a 8 or see one closer than driving by one on I5... or sometimes having one drive by me.
