e32 A/C blower and Drivers window ???'s

My blower fan will not work. I have AC as I can feel cold air when the car is moving. Checked the fuses, all OK. Where is the fan located? Any checks I can make before pulling the fan? Any help is apprieciated. Also my drivers window only goes up about 4" and stops. I have to let the button up and push it back down for anthor 4 ". It's kind of a pain. Thanks

Window= could be the actuator or off-track? you'll need to remove the door panel to make sure.
