knvktlvk is an unknown quantity at this point
The radio works when it wants to, the airbag ligkt flickered and is now not coming on at all. The seatbelt light doesn't work and the cruise control doesn't work. The steering wheel controls also don't work. I'm guessing that this is some module that went. ANY IDEAS ?????

Sounds like the MFL (multi-function steering wheel) Module may be going bad, or possibly has a bad connection.

Does opening the headrests and using the vanity lights on them cause any other wierd light flickering in the instrument cluster? If so definitely check the electrical portion of the ignition switch, if not still a good place to start then go from there.
