| '89 735i Cold Start/Int. Bucking
I bought an '89 735i this summer for my daughter, and I'm having some issues.
Hard cold-start, and it will randomly start bucking, then die. After it sets a while, it will fire up and drive perfectly, until the next time.
I got a code for the ETC, and replaced that, replaced the fuel filter, checked fuel pressure (ok)
It's throwing an 1888 code, which seems to crop up from time to time with a wide range of BMW's, but no one seems to have any info on.
I'm about to start at the fuel tank and work my way forward and check every possibility, unless someone has some insight as to where I might find the culprit.
